FSPM was engaged to best represent the board on a full 34-floor common corridor, main lobby, and fitness center renovation. FSPM managed the complete scope including demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, electric, site maintenance and protection, flooring, plumbing, and millwork.
