FirstService Project Management was engaged by this 12-story highrise in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood to manage a fire door replacement project. The scope of work included:

• Prepare all homeowner units with interior protection for construction.
• Removal and disposal of non-code compliant doors, frames, and side lights.
• Rework openings (carpentry, masonry, and sealant) to accept new doors.
• Installation of new code compliant fire doors, frames, side lights, and hardware.
• Paint all doors and frames.
